How to book this provocation Pack: Please read the following before proceeding

• Provocation packs are shipped using Purolator and are available within British Columbia only.
• Please familiarize yourself with our policies on rural addresses, our late and damage fees BEFORE booking an outreach kit:
  Policy on rural addresses
  Policy on late returns and damage fees.
• Loan period starts on the date you select and ends 12 days after. The kit will arrive by the start of the loan period.
• You may select one pack per booking.
• Shipping address: On the select your account page, use the returning customers sign in (or continue as a guest area) and use your shipping address when entering your contact information.
